Our Sporting Life - Sherborne

Dorset has a thriving sports community playing at all levels and has strong traditions of participation and spectating. The exhibitions reflect not only the sporting superstars of the county but also the current unsung heroes of its sporting community - from the groundsman to those who wash the kit. Numerous clubs and teams are represented, sharing their objects and stories with the community.

Sports represented include sailing, cycling, football, angling, shooting, rugby, swimming and running.
