Our Sporting Life at Dorset County Museum is an inspiring
exhibition celebrating Dorset Olympians and featuring memorabilia,
stories and images from the local people, schools, clubs and venues
that make up our sporting grassroots both past and present. Find
out who entered the Guinness Book of Records in 1974 for swimming
the English Channel a record seven times and which Dorset angling
society is one of the oldest clubs in the country. Hear inspiring
stories of Dorset's sporting past, including the county's links to
golf's world-famous Ryder Cup.
