Take the walking challenge at the River & Rowing Museum

Take the walking challenge at the River & Rowing Museum. Collect your Trail Pack and pedometer and explore the collections and Museum surroundings keeping track of the number of steps taken and calories burned and see how this compares to an Olympian in training.

Choose from a series of Trails around the Museum and surrounding area:

  • Wildlife Wander - following our wildlife trail
  • Leg it to the Lock - walk to the lock
  • Regatta Course Romp - walk along the river and down the regatta course
  • River Gallery Ramble  (Museum entry required)
  • Rowing Gallery Roam - (Museum entry required)
  • Henley Gallery Hike - (Museum entry required)
  • Wind in the Willows Weave - (Museum entry required)
  • Museum Meander - (Museum entry required)

How it works:

We will provide packs of trails and a pedometer for £1.50 If you are doing the Gallery Trails you will need to pay Museum Entry, although 3 trails will be outside the Museum for which no entry charge applies.

£1.50 per pack (including pedometer) Museum Trails require Museum Entry tickets, outside trails free with pack.
10.30am - 4pm
